While many investment groups exist, few offer true neutrality and transparency. The 506 Investor Group is different because we prioritize investors, not sponsors or middlemen.

We Were First. Founded in 2015, we pioneered this model—many have copied, but none match our experience, neutrality, and success.

No Conflicts of Interest. Our founder does not push deals, take fees, or create feeder funds. The group exists solely to benefit its members, not to enrich a single individual.

No Cold Calling, No Solicitation. Unlike other investment clubs, we do not accept pitches from sponsors or chase deals. 100% of our deal flow originates from members.

Investor-First SPVs. We form only two SPVs per year, and unlike other groups, our SPVs only earn a carry if investors get 100% of their capital back first. No annual fees, no hidden charges—just aligned incentives.

Diverse, Experienced Membership. Our investors include doctors, lawyers, engineers, executives, and full-time investors from every state and internationally. Each member brings valuable insights, enhancing the collective knowledge of the group.
